Ladies,

As discussed at our July meeting we are keen to set up a service which we can offer to each other whereby members who have small businesses, talents or a need for these can come together. The idea for this is, not only to further our friendships, but to help our own community grow in enterprise and learning.  By offering our help, information, skills and business we will foster a great spirit which could benefit us all.

  We would love a member to help us facilitate the running of this but, in the meantime, the committee will start the ball rolling.

Do you run a small business in Wilmslow or the surrounding area?  If so, would you like to promote it to other members of Fulshaw WI and the wider Women’s Institute community?  Perhaps you might like to offer a discount or ask members to take part in special promotions?  If the answer to any of these questions  is yes please get in touch with a committee member and we will help you get started.

Do you have a talent for sewing, baking, pottery, knitting or any number of crafts?  Would you like to sell your items or maybe you would like to teach others? Would you like to learn a new skill and don’t know where to start?  There are many members who would love to learn and maybe you could help them.  Please get in touch with a committee member ……  or why not bring along some samples of your talent to the next meeting?
